Customer service & return policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We ship quickly, 99% of our items are shipped the next business day after payment is clear. If you are sending your payment (International Money Orders) to us, please note that it takes time to clear, and your purchase will not be shipped until payment has cleared the bank.

We do combine shipping on all items! Refer to the item description or contact us for further information.  

We always ship as a gift and always write lower value on packages. If any other request about shipping, please contact us before payment to make sure that the item is not shipped yet.

Everything we sell has been tested (excluding new, unopened items). In the unlikely event of an item being defective, we will replace it with another identical item if available, otherwise the customer may choose between a store credit or refund. No refunds or credits will be issued until the item is returned, but if the item is defective or not as described I will provide you pre-paid return postage or send you money. Damaged or lost items must be dealt with by the shipper's insurance.
