Size and Fit
What is your return policy? Can I return the jeans if they do not fit, or if I don’t like them? Our policy is all Sales are Final. For that, we have provided detailed pictures. Our suggestion is that you try out the pair at a local store to find which fit best.
How do I know if you have a certain style/color in your inventory? Our inventory is updated daily. I just realized that I placed a bid on the wrong size/item! Can you remove the bid? We can remove your bid if we receive your email before the end of the auction. Please note that we are closed at night and during the weekends. In addition, we may not read your email immediately. You will be able to remove your own bid to avoid winning an unwanted item. SHIPPING
How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping costs are dependent on your location and method of delivery preferred. All shipping costs are displayed on our item description.
What are the available options for shipping? Standard methods we use are USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail International for domestic US and overseas respectively. More options for faster delivery are available at at a higher. Again, you should be able to find these listed on our individual auction item.
Where do you ship? We ship to Worldwide.
How can I combine items into one order to save shipping? You can request the combined invoice from us. Please wait until you are all done shopping to send payment in order to receive combined shipping. Customer will automatically receive a combined invoice from E-bay or Jean & Top Designers within 24 hours with shipping discount.
When will my order ship? Normally, ship within 3 business days after receiving payment. Levis items –ship within up to 14 business days. Otherwise, we will notify the customers.
I have not received my package? When we ship your item, we e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking or delivery confirmation number so you can conveniently track your package.
How long before I receive my order? Depending on your location, we ask that you wait 5-12 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation for the package to arrive. However, in most cases it arrives in 3-4 business days.
PAYMENT METHOD
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all Paypal and money orders. International payments must be made in US Dollars. Also, we accept payment via phone. Please contact us (734) 287-8230
Can I send you a bank transfer? I need your bank account number. Bank transfers, which require a bank account number, are not accepted.
When do I have to send payment? Payment is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. If you are combining items, payment is due by the 7th day from the end of the FIRST auction.
I won one auction and I’m waiting to see if I win another item. Should I pay for the first item now? Orders are created based upon your checkout. Once you checkout or send payment, the order is closed for shipment. For this reason, we ask that all buyers wait until they are finished bidding before they checkout the order and send payment, otherwise we cannot combine items.
