Dear INTERNATIONAL Friends, IN NOVEMBER, FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED BY JENERIC0611. Unfortunately, there have been some issues and questions that are forcing us to post this message in our store, regarding shipping. First and foremost, before you bid on any of our items or buy from our store, READ OUR FAQ PAGE AND POLICIES ON THE LISTINGS THEMSELVES. First Class International will take between 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, and can even run up to 6 if Customs decides to check it - WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT. You may have received packages quicker in the past or "get packages all the time quicker" - that is great, but has nothing to do with this particular package we are shipping you. If you elect First Class International, you will NOT BE INSURED either, which is why we highly recommend all International buyers use Priority, it may be a little more expensive, but worth the coverage! The United States Postal Service website can give you information regarding this if there are any further questions. Priority International will take approximately 10 to 14 days to arrive, and will come with tracking and insurance. If you do not elect for Priority, you will not have insurance and your package will NOT be able to be tracked. It is more expensive than First Class International, but you get your items covered and you will be able to track it. If you do not elect for Priority, I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do for you if your package is lost/tied up in Customs. We package everything well enough to arrive safely, but will not be traveling with your package to make sure that it is handled properly by the Post Office - so if your package arrives damaged, you will have to speak with your local Post Office - UNLESS YOU ELECT PRIORITY SHIPPING. We have to post this message due to International buyers electing First Class International, and expecting their package to be delivered within a couple of weeks. Then when it doesn't arrive in that short time, putting in claims claiming they haven't received it. This costs money, and the more money we lose like this, the more our prices will have to go up - which is what we are trying to avoid. We are sorry we are reduced to posting this message, but we have had those who want First Class and want their package in two weeks as well - it does not work that way and we have no control over the Post Office's delivery time or Customs and if they decide to hold the package. DUE TO THIS, IN NOVEMBER, WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AS A SHIPPING OPTION. Our International friends will have to have their packages shipped either via Priority International or Express International - they are both a little pricy, but have insurance coverage and tracking numbers. If you are a regular favorite of ours, and you know who you are, please contact us directly about this if you wish to continue business using First Class International - we might be able to work something out with you on an individual basis. We are sorry it has come to this, but some expect to pay for cheaper shipping and have their items within a couple of weeks, and it just doesn't work like that - and with the two new shipping options, you will have insurance coverage and be able to track your package along the way as well.
