purchase. Yes, you read that correctly!
Did we do something wrong?
Although we work hard to be
ensure mistakes don't happen. We are human and sometimes they do. If for any reason
you receive an item that you did not expect or is defective in
some way, please contact us immediately so that we can begin to sort it out for
you. More often than not, it's a simple process that will result in either
education on the correct use of the product, or if a fault is found; a
refund for you or another product being sent out straight away.
We would really appreciate it if you could contact us before leaving feedback
as we will get your email first and be able to rectify quickly.
If, for any reason you would like to return your item for a refund or
exchange, please contact us by email to let us know. We will happily accept
returns for exchange or refund. All packaging must be intact and un-open and fit for resale. Hold on to all packaging
as it makes the returns process heaps easier.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. If you are
returning the item due to an error on our part, make sure you let us know the
cost of the sending the parcel back, so that we can include that too.
If you are returning the item due to a simple change of mind, please be
aware that the cost of shipping the original item to you will be factored in
to the refund applied.

Have you changed your mind?
- Any item that has been opened or damaged beyond resale.
- Any item that has been used, unless it is found to be defective, or not fit
for intended purpose.
It's human to change your mind and we're generally happy to accept returns if
the product is in new/saleable condition and returned within 7 days of shipping
date. Please contact us by email to start the returns process. The quicker
you do that, the quicker we can sort it out.
Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund of the price
paid less our postage and handling charges (net sale price) via the same payment
method used when purchased.
