Terms and Conditions

Immediate Payment by Major Credit Cards, Bank Check or Cash transfer through PayPal is expected.
We can also accept Money Orders, Postal Money Orders, or Cashiers Checks.
Mailed payments are expected in 7 days.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS. USE PAYPAL ECHECK.

Pay To and Address provided during Check Out.
If you use PayPal, we prefer to ship to the confirmed addresses only.
If we have a concern about shipping to your 'unconfirmed' address, we will contact you via email which may delay shipment.

We reserve the right to ship only to the confirmed address at our discretion.
Unpaid notices will be sent after 10 days.
Seller reserves the right to re-list if payment isn't received in 7 days.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. If the item does not list international rates, please send an email.
Not all countries are listed and therefore do not list the rates due to the extreme differences possible.
Most International shipments will be shipped using US MAIL and the country shipped to must be an insurable location.
Shipments to un-insurable countries are made at the BUYERS RISK.
Proof of shipment will be provided upon request.

The customer is responsible for any and all duties and taxes imposed by your country of residence.

Combined Shipping
In order for us to pass on any COMBINED SHIPMENT savings, PLEASE send a request for invoice ONLY after ALL auctions or 'Buy It Now' have ended.
This allows us to be aware, combine shipments where possible and pass savings on your you. Each listing has the shipping cost for the first item. Some listings do not state a second item discount due to the inability to list AUCTIONS with BUY IT NOW for more than one of the same item.

NOTE: Some large or oddly shaped items will not combine. Additionally, we may not be able to combine purchases where the listed shipper for the items is a mix of MEDIA, PRIORITY or FEDEX.

FINALLY. Penny Auctions may not combine.

After You Win Please COMPLETELY checkout by clicking the button at the top of the listing, where you can pay by PayPal or get information about mailing payments.

After You Pay We often ship within two or three business days of a cleared payment.

However, please review our shipping schedule to ensure you are not disappointed.

Shipping
Domestic Shipments
Most items will be shipped FedEx. Books and other media may be shipped USPS MEDIA MAIL. Some items will ship USPS PRIORITY at our discretion. The cost of handling is included in shipping and handling charge.

We reserve the right to change shipping companies when necessary.

International Shipments
Most items will be shipped US MAIL. Refer to the estimated delivery times on eBay for the service you purchased, ECONOMY (SERVICE) or AIRMAIL. The cost of handling is included in shipping and handling charge.

Email
You will receive an email from us that your item has shipped. Additionally, for all Domestic (USA) shipments, you will receive email notifications from the FedEx, USPS or PayPal.
If you do not receive email confirmation of your shipment, please check your JUNK FOLDER before inquiring about your shipment.

Many email programs, AOL, Hotmail, MSN and JUNO, will automatically send these emails to your JUNK FOLDER.

Estimated Delivery FedEx normally takes 1 to 6 business days from the time we ship, depending on which zone and/or how rural your delivery address is.

USPS Priority Mail averages 3 days but may take a day, more or less depending upon your location to the US MAIL Hubs.

Media Mail WILL take anywhere from 4 to 20 days. Expect some delay during the Christmas Holiday season and give yourself additional time for Federal Holidays and Weekends. Thank you for waiting until after these estimated times to inquire about your shipment.

Return Policy
Manufacturer Warranties are in effect for all branded and other selected products. When warranty repairs or replacement are required, the buyer will deal directly with the manufacturer under the terms of the Warranty.

Merchandise under warranty is to be handled between the BUYER and the MANUFACTURER.

As a rule we cannot take returns. If merchandise is damaged during shipping we may replace the merchandise and or exercise the insurance in order to make a full refund.

Damaged packages must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery, you must arrange for a package inspection and finally, we must be notified with all pertinent information.

Authorized Returns will be communicated via email including the ship to address. NO Returns on Opened, Worn or Un-Sellable or Warranty Merchandise. Tags and or Packaging must be intact.

Warranty questions are to be handled between buyer and manufacturer. We are not a repair or returns center.

Shipping and Handling are not refundable unless we made an error that cannot be remedied.
