Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program
The Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program allows the collection of PFC fees
for every enplaned customer at commercial airports controlled by public agencies.
Airports use these fees to fund FAA-approved projects that enhance safety,
security, or capacity; reduce noise; or increase air carrier competition.
This fee is mandated by the FAA and applies to all commercial airlines.
Segment Tax
Commercial operators are required to collect a tax on air transportation for each
flight that begins and ends in the United States. A segment is a single takeoff
and a single landing.
Security Tax
The Federal Security Tax is charged for each one-way flight segment to fund
screeners, equipment, and other costs of the Transportation Security
Administration.
International Fees and Taxes
The U.S. Customs Fee is applied to tickets issued to customers arriving into the
U.S. from travel originating in a place other than Canada, Mexico, and the
adjacent islands of the United States.
The Immigration Fee applies to travel from any international point into the U.S.,
Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Traveling from U.S. territories
and Possessions to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands is
considered travel from an International point; therefore, the Immigration Fee
applies.
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Fee applies to tickets
for travel from any international point (except Canada) into the U.S. and Puerto
Rico.
Infant Fees and International Travel
Customers traveling with lap infants and departing from international destinations
to the U.S. will be assessed a $12 infant fee. This fee applies regardless of the
international city you are departing from and consists of the APHIS and INS
taxes. This is a one-way fee and is not charged on flights to international
destinations from the U.S.
- All infants/lap children must be booked at the airport where they will collect any required infant fee.
- Lap infants must be traveling with an adult customer at least 14 years of age or older, and the infant must sit on the adult's lap during takeoff and landing.
- Only one lap child per adult is allowed. Due to the number of oxygen masks per row, only one lap child is allowed per row of three seats.
- A lap child may bring one diaper bag and one stroller and car seat. They do not qualify for the checked baggage allowance.

- Flight itineraries are emailed 24-72 hours after payment has been verified. If you have not received a flight itinerary 48 hours prior to scheduled departure please call 1-800-JETBLUE and ask to be transferred to crew support for assistance. We will need to process your reservation by departure time so payment is expected within 24-48 hours of auction close. Items not paid will be automatically relisted for one day auctions and an unpaid bidder dispute will be filed.

I have paid for my flight package, what can I expect?
After you have successfully checked out, we will create your reservation using the passenger information provided. Once a reservation has been created a flight itinerary email will be sent to the winning bidder's PayPal email address with all flight details and information. If you have not received your email 72 hours after payment, please contact us at 1-800-JETBLUE and ask to be transferred to crew support. Please wait a full 72 hours after payment before calling.
How do I receive seat assignment(s) for my flight(s)?
When you receive your flight itinerary email from JetBlue Airways with your confirmation number, you may log onto www.jetblue.com/seats to select your seat assignments. If you can not select a seat, we will assign one for you at the airport. Please take comfort in the fact that we do not over book. There will be seat assignments available to everyone.
If I am not happy with my flight package, what will be done to take care of that?
All fares for purchase on eBay are Nonrefundable. For JetBlue Nonrefundable Fares, changes or cancellations can be made prior to scheduled departure for a fee of $100 per person on jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), plus any applicable difference in airfare. Any remaining balance will be placed in a JetBlue air-only credit and may be applied toward future travel for one year from date of issuance. If a nonrefundable reservation is not changed or canceled prior to scheduled departure, all money associated with the reservation is forfeited. JetBlue credits are transferable and may be redeemed up to one year after the date of issuance.
What if I have not received my itinerary via email 24 hours after payment or the information on the itinerary does not match my winning bid?
Please contact us at 1-800-JETBLUE and ask to be transferred to crew support and we will assist you in correcting or emailing your accurate itinerary.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal only - which includes; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eChecks.
How do I change my email address?
We email only to the PayPal email address - no exceptions. This is in compliance with PayPal Seller and Buyer Protection program.
Can I purchase for another person?
Yes, you may purchase on anyone's behalf. Please include the passenger information in the PayPal field "add special instructions to merchant." Be sure to include passenger name as it appears on driver’s license or passport as well as a daytime phone number. The PayPal account holder will receive the emailed itinerary.
How do I utilize Confirmed Same Day Change?
If the cities selected in this auction have more than one flight per day, you can make a confirmed same day change AFTER YOU HAVE WON THE BID via 1-800-JETBLUE or at the airport beginning at midnight (in the time zone of the departing flight) of the same calendar day as your original scheduled flight.
- You must travel between the same city pairs.
- A Same-Day Change Fee of $40 per person will be applied for your confirmed seats.
