All of our custom hand crafted scale AIRCRAFT, SPACECRAFT, and MARINE desk top display models are PERSONALLY inspected by us prior to shipping to insure that YOUR purchase is damage free and perfect. The model is then placed in a special custom foam padded carton, sealed, bubble wrapped and then placed in another outer carton for shipping all at no extra cost to you! (On our larger spacecraft items the model is placed in a special foamed cushioned carton, sealed and then placed in an outer a reinforced carton. Our ship models come in special containers that are made from wood and foam and also ship in outer cartons!

Please do not send final payment until we have sent a final invoice. We ship to the address you have on file with ebay. Please be certain your current address matches the one on file with ebay. We are not responsible for items shipped to an old out of date address. We ship items in the 48 states by UPS and Fed EX ground as our primary shipping option. Priority, 1st class and parcel post mail shipping are offered and specified in certain listings. Please contact us if you have an alternate shipping request prior to your purchase. All other buyers contact us for shipping cost to your location. We accept Pay Pal and at the buyers request other forms of payment. Payment MUST be received within 7 days of purchase! If you mail your payment please use a mail service with tracking service. Your purchase will ship the next business day after receipt or confirmation of cleared funds. Insurance is optional on priority mail shipping. We are not responsible for uninsured,lost,or damaged items while in transit. All items are brand new unless otherwise specified in item description.
