I entered wrong bid amount ($15.00, not $1500). What can I do ?                          

Immediate action is required!

eBay has strict rules about bid retraction.  You can only retract the bid and rebid again if there was a typo mistake. If you simply change your mind, you are not allow to use the retraction form. Misuse of the retraction form may include suspension of your account.

 

If you have more than 12 hours prior to closing, please go to http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow You must retract the wrong amount. When the process is completed, you must bid again with the correct amount. Failure to do so will result in suspension by eBay. If you have less than 12 hours for the auction, you must retract the bid within 1 hour of placing the wrong bid. Then remember to re-bid with the right amount .

 

If you fail to retract the bid, and your bid was recorded as higher bidder, then you are committed to submit payment.

Do I have to pay custom fees?

Only if you are an international bidder.

Shipment outside U.S may be subjected to customs fees.   According to US law, we must label all our merchandise as 'Gemstone Jewelry'. You are responsible for paying the corresponding customs duties attached to your purchase. Customs duties are NOT applicable for shipments within U.S.

 

Can I request specific ring size? Do you offer resizing service?

No.

We cannot guarantee the sizes, as they are subject to stock availability. We have only very  limited sizes available. We do not offer resizing service.  Most of our rings are resizable if your jeweler resize rings by adding gold and not stretching the shank.

 

Are the gemstones genuine or lab created? 
 It depends, but mostly genuine.

All of our gemstones are genuine unless otherwise stated as lab created. The gold in our items are solid -- NOT bonded, electroplated, or HGE -- 10 karat or 14 karat gold.  When labeled as silver jewelry, our items are classified as sterling silver and bear 925 mark.

 

Do you provide free ring boxes or jewelry boxes?
 No we do not.

All our items are packed with small box  if it is a single item, or combined in a medium box if it is multiple items.  We do not provide gift box per item due to the fact that they are manufacturer direct and we sell them at wholesale prices. We ship in 9 by 6 envelope size, or larger bubble envelop.  We hope that by preventing bulky packages, we may reduce attention of the curious one. 

 

Why is your shipping charges so expensive?

Shipping, handling and insurance.

There are a lot of fees associated with shipping the product safely to you.  The amount you paid is not merely the postage on the package.  It includes material, shipping postage, pick up fee, handling, packaging, and insurance.  We charge insurance fee per item to ensure that every pieces of your jewelry are properly insured. 

 

Why is there no insurance stamp on the package?
That is because we use different insurance company.

All items are insured by United Parcel Insurance Coverage, a private insurer that also insure Fedex, UPS and DHL parcels.  The package you receive DOES NOT have the usual insurance stamp that you expect to see from USPS.  If there is problem with the package you received, kindly contact us for a claim.

We will issue a refund on your purchase price, less  shipping,/handling and insurance fee.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
