TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed without our written permission. Placing an order will constitute acceptance of these terms by the customer.
We are not liable for graphic and typographical errors.
Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted. Payment for merchandise will be accepted in the following form: Paypal including credit cards accepted through Paypal.
All orders will be shipped either UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping will be calculated by the shipping calculator, which is on each product page. We will ship to the Continental U.S. only.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
If you receive a damaged package, make a note that it is damaged when signing for the package. Ownership is passed on to the customer when the item leaves our facility. Make all claims to your local carrier office. Damaged parts will be exchanged for the same part only. Any problems or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
To return a product you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA number. Absolutely no RMA's will be issued after 10 days from receipt of purchase. Returns must be received into building within 25 days from original purchase. For auction items we have a 10 day return policy from receipt of purchase. Make sure to open your product as soon as you get them.
There will be no returns for product that is sold with a defect. There are no exceptions!!! These parts will be selling at a low starting bid with no reserve. Please read entire description and look at all pictures displayed so that you are aware of what you are buying.
We strive for total customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product we will be glad to refund your sale or exchange it for another part. Return rules apply in these situations.
In the event that we are in error or neglegent we will correct the situation in the best way possible. All problems or comments can be sent to this email address email@example.com.
