Yes. During the checkout process, you can enter a different shipping address.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- How do I redeem my eBay/PayPal gift certificate?
When you find an item you would like to purchase, please select PayPal as the payment method. (You will then be taken to PayPal and asked to log in.) Look for the Redemption Codes section on the Check Payment Detail page. Click the Add/Select button to use your Gift Certificate to fund your payment. When you redeem your Gift Certificate, Joe's Outlet will receive regular funds as with any other PayPal payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
We charge sales tax if New Balance, Inc. has a presence in your state of residence. Tax is charged on orders shipping to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. We are also required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to CT, MA, MN, NJ, NY, and PA (in these states exemptions may apply). Joe's Outlet does not benefit in any way from the collection of sales tax. All collected tax is remitted directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

- How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-10 business days to process returned items and for a credit to reflect on your account statement. You can read our Hassle-Free Return Policy here.
- Did I complete checkout properly?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your new order number within 10 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive this e-mail, you may have either typed your e-mail address incorrectly or the order may not have processed.
- Did you receive my payment?
In most cases, your payment has been processed if you receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
- What is a "preauthorization"?
The amount of your order will be put on "hold" by your bank, meaning that it will not be available to you once your order has been placed. When the transaction has processed and your shoes have been shipped, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account using the original authorized "held" funds.

- Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an order once it is placed. Please feel free to place a new order.
