| Q:How does freight shipping work? |

| A:When an order is a freight order - shipping is paid to the freight company when you receive your order, the only amount due to us is the purchase price and pallet fee.

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, on most items. There are some parts that cannot be shipped together. For example; a rear set of tires cannot be shipped with an engine block or a steering gear. If you order something that is freight, normally everything can be shipped on one pallet. |

| A:There must have been an issue where you were unhappy with our product and/or service so to avoid further issues we have blocked you. Nothing personal just we have found that this is the best way to avoid further conflicts. |

| A:Occasionally we will accept an offer, but the buyer must make the offer, it must be reasonable, it would have to be done through eBay as a “Buy it now”, and it cannot be done if the item already has bids. |

| A:Always include your zip/postal code when asking for a freight quote. We cannot give freight quotes without a zip/postal code. |
