Jomashop.com purchases goods via authorized dealers and Jomashop.com will warranty watches purchased from our website. We buy our watches from authorized dealers, and respected industry wholesalers, and/or distributors; therefore we have no pricing restrictions. In turn, we pass the huge savings on to you.
• Products are brand new “in-the-box”, 100% authentic, with all original parts. • Products are shipped with the original manufacturer's boxes, packaging, and manuals. • Products have the original manufactures serial numbers intact. • Products are not: refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products. • Watches have a 1 to 5 year warranty program (see chart below for details).
Our products are the exact same product as purchased from authorized dealers. The only differences between purchasing a name brand item from our eBay store when compared to authorized dealers are:
Prices: Every product is heavily discounted and not sold at retail price.
Warranty: Since Jomashop does not sell our products through the manufacture’s pricing guidelines; we cannot give a manufacturer’s warranty with the product. A manufacture’s warranty card may not be issued or may not have an authorized dealer stamp. Every watch sold on our website is serviced through our Jomashop service center, see our warranty section below for details.

Jomashop will service every brand name sold on our website from 1 to 5 years after purchase. Our warranty services only watches, all other products sold do not include a Jomashop warranty plan. Review the warranty chart below for details. Kindly hold on to your receipt and we will warranty the watch for defects covered by the manufacturers. Jomashop.com and its affiliates have been in business since 1985. We stand behind our products.
Simply put, Jomashop will service the watch if it is not telling time properly.
Watches that have symptoms of gaining time, loosing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty will cover battery replacement for the first 2 months of ownership.
Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. Jomashop.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Generally, digital watches have a (1) year warranty and all others have a (2) to (5) year warranty plan with Jomashop. View the chart below for details. When sending in your watch for warranty service, please follow the following procedure:
1.Call us at 877-834-1434 to set up a repair authorization 2. Send the watch back to us. Include the watch and invoice with the following information: • Your name • Original invoice number (or copy of your invoice) • A brief and to-the-point description of the problem • Your return address, phone number and e-mail address
Please pack your watch securely and use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you should insure your watch for its purchase price. It is not necessary to insure your watch for the full retail price.
Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand name and the specific problem of the watch. Usually warranty service repairs take about four to eight weeks for repair, depending on the brand name and problem. When your watch service is completed, a UPS tracking number will be emailed. Jomashop.com will pay for UPS Ground Shipping back to the customer. | |
