Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by UPS or USPS for your protection. Shipping conformation will be emailed when your item ships for order tracking. |
UPS Shipments:
• UPS shipments are made Monday to Friday;
• UPS shipping is recommended for destinations in the continental United States.
• UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Any PO Box order will be shipped via USPS.
• Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will have additional charge of $8.50.
Ground UPS Shipping:
Delivery time via UPS Ground can range from (1) to (6) business days. All products ship out of our warehouse in New York City. You may view the map below for details for estimated transit time:

Canada & APO Shipping:
Canadian and APO addresses orders must be shipped via USPS Global Express. Global Express usually takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canadian customs. APO address delivery may be quicker, depending on the location. Jomashop is not responsible for any import duty that may be required to deliver this item Internationally. Jomashop has no control on how long your package may be held up in customs. |
Delivery of Order:
Orders shipped do not officially require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS driver to make alternative arrangements with your UPS driver.
Multiple Item Discount:
For multiple items shipped on the same order, we will provide a shipping discount of $2.00 for each additional item purchased. For example, if three items are ordered with shipping charges of $7.99 per item, your shipping total would normally be $23.97. Jomashop will add $2.00 in shipping for each additional item ordered, which would make the total savings $13.98 for the two additional items. The total shipping charges that for that order will now be $11.99 after the discount.
Once the first auction is won, you have 72 hours (3 days) to add other Jomashop sales to combine multiple items to your shopping cart. If you plan to purchase other items in the same shipment, please purchase every item before submitting payment to receive the discount. Items that are added to your shopping cart after three days will receive no discount. Items added after completing payment will not be discounted.
Shipping Restrictions:
• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Submission of a shipping address to a PO Box will delay your order.
• Air and ground shipments are business days only and not weekends or holidays.
• If you would like to request a Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saturday delivery, please call us to place your order- 877-834-1434
• Oversize items: Please note that Jomashop.com does not provide a shipping charge for oversized items, or any of the premium services issued by United Parcel Service. We will contact you via email or phone notifying you of any extra shipping charges prior to shipping. In the event of extra charges by UPS we will charge your credit card accordingly.
• Shipping Prices: The UPS shipping prices will vary depending on the auction or product being sold. Shipping charges specific to that auction will be posted on the product page. (unless of course we offer free shipping).
• Jomashop.com ships Monday through Friday only.
Shipping Problems:
If an item is received damaged or not received at all, UPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jomashop to initiate a package investigation within the first 5 business days of receipt of the package. DO NOT discard the original shipping carton, as the carrier may want to inspect it.
Claims usually take about two weeks to process. If UPS claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your order, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jomashop.com and a replacement item will be shipped out. If that item is no longer available, and a similar watch is not wanted, Jomashop.com will refund your payment.
When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order, please contact Jomashop.com as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections.
If a Canadian order is not received, Jomashop must wait 45 days after shipment to conduct an insurance claim. Once the claim is conducted, it will take approximately three weeks for a replacment or credit to be issued. If a Canadian order is received damaged, please contact Jomashop within 5 business days after delivery to report a damaged shipment. | |
