Jomashop will gladly accept the return or exchange of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was shipped out of our warehouse (except for closeout items, see Return Policy Restrictions below). Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made less the non-refundable shipping charges.
Return Policy Specifications:
We cannot issue a refund if your item shows any signs of being worn or used: scratches, links removed (for watches), nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or band. We do not sell used items and will not accept any watch with any indication that shows use by the consumer. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to Jomashop.
All returns take about two weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued and our customer profiles are updated. Jomashop always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item purchased.
Return Policy Restrictions:
Not all Jomashop items are subjected to our 30 day return policy. Jomashop may have closeout items that may not have a return policy. Return policy restrictions will be posted on the individual auction pages.

Jomashop is located in New York State, every order shipped domestically with New York State are subjected to 8.375% sales tax. Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State taxes laws.
