US POSTAL SERVICE raised rates in MAY, 2008 and again in May 2009 - In addition, the rates for priority and express mail were raised in January, 2009 and will be going up again in January, 2010.
Combined Shipping
I always combine shipping. Items must be paid on one invoice and won in a 7 day period. Because of the variety of items I sell, I am unable to set my ebay checkout preferences to reflect combined shipping rates, therefore, I must invoice myself. I invoice daily due to the large number of auctions running, but immediate payment is NOT required on my auctions. If you are bidding and receive an invoice, just disregard, I will update if you win more items.

US Combined Shipping Rates (AUCTION ITEMS)
Small Makeup Items/Brushes (AUCTION ITEMS with regular shipping of $2.75- $3.00) - Shipping is highest first and $1.00 for each additional.
All other makeup items (AUCTION ITEMS witih regular shipping over $3.00) - including Makeup cases, primers, smashbox lip palette and larger compacts - shipping is highest first, 1/2 each additional)
Skin Care, Bath & Body, Hair Care Items - Shipping is highest first, 1/2 each additional ***
Clothing Items (if no free shipping) - Shipping is highest first, 1/2 each additional ***
***For heavier items, I can use a priority mail flat rate box (U.S. Shipping only) for postage cost of $14.95 which includes insurance (see below), as long as the items will fit in the box. I combine shipping based on regular rates, but will cap at $14.95 if items can fit in a flat rate box.
