AUCTION ITEMS: I always offer combined shipping on items won in a 7 DAY PERIOD.. Because of the variety of items I sell, it is impossible for me to specify a set discount amount. Please feel free to email me for specific shipping discount amounts. If you purchase multiple items, either wait for me to send an invoice, or click request total from the seller. My listed terms are payment due within 7 days, however if actively bidding, just email me to make alternate arrangements. I will usually allow an extra day or two to finish up. If there is no contact, I will turn over to ebay for unpaid item dispute after 7 days.
I am happy to address any shipping questions/concerns-- however, any questions should be addressed BEFORE the auctions close, not after. It is not fair to either one of us to win an auction then try to negotiate alternate terms after the fact. My shipping fees, shipping method and payment terms are listed.
Packages with value of $50 - $75, may be shipped with signature required. Packages with value of $75 or more are always shipped with signature required.
Packages returned to me for incorrect address or unclaimed will be reshipped at the buyers expense.

I make every attempt to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (except Sundays and holidays). Normally, US shipping is quoted for first class mail service, however priority or express mail service is always available upon request.
For U.S. shipments, I use paypal shipping and upon completion of printing a label, an email is sent from paypal shipping to the buyer with a delivery confirmation number. While in some instances, a "tracking" status is available, for the most part, delivery confirmation is NOT tracking. The bar code is usually scanned when the package is delivered and the USPS website is updated after delivery is made. I have no control over a package once it is taken to the post office. While I have had great success overall with quick deliveries, there are instances where it takes longer than usual. To date only a dozen out of 31,000 packages have actually been lost, and several were later returned to me. I am happy to keep in contact with you, but in rare delivery delays, I appreciate your patience.
Order Status Emails
Emails are sent throughout the transaction. End of auction emails are sent when you win an item. You will receive an invoice usually the same day the auction ends. Updated invoices are sent if more items are won in a 7 day time frame. You will receive an email when payment is received. As soon as the label is purchased and printed for your package, you will receive an email saying item has shipped as well as one from Paypal Shipping with the delivery confirmation number. The actual mailing date is usually the next day. If you do not receive these emails, check your spam folder as some email providers (AOL is notorious for this) divert these messages directly to spam.

FEEDBACK POLICY
As of 2/3/08 - Feedback will be left upon receipt of payment.
Please keep in mind before leaving neutral or negative feedback that I am only human and I do make a mistake occasionally, so if there IS a problem, please contact me and give me the opportunity to correct it. I am sure we can work something out. Feedback reflects not only the quality of the item, but the quality of the customer service, so therefore please give me the opportunity to address any concerns before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
There are certain things as a seller that I have no control over, one is the post office, the other is customs. Both the post office and customs can hold up delivery of items. It doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally it does happen. It is totally out of my control, so please be patient - I can always be reached by email to address any concerns.
US SHIPPING - IMPORTANT: I pay for delivery confirmation with each US shipment sent out - If your package is CONFIRMED DELIVERED by the US Postal Service, my obligation to you is fulfilled - If you claim your package was not delivered in spite of confirmation of delivery, it is then a matter for the postal inpectors at the post office
If there is ANY reason you suspect a delivery issue/problem, you can request SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION for an additional cost of $2.00. The US POSTAL SERVICE will not pay a claim on an insured package if the package was SCANNED DELIVERED by the letter carrier, and paypal will not pay on an item not received claim if delivery is confirmed.
Please read item descriptions carefully. Sealed products are listed as sealed. Many items which come in kits are not individually sealed and are not represented as sealed, just new/not used. PLEASE CONTACT ME if you feel there is an issue. If it is my mistake, I WILL CORRECT IT.
I have received neutral feedback comments indicating a problem with a product without the courtesy of an email from the buyer. These are new products. I am not clairvoyant. I do not know of a problem unless the buyer contacts me. It is extremely disappointing to me to see these feedback comments without having the opportunity to address and most likely correct the problem.
BLOCKED BIDDERS/BIDDER RESTRICTIONS
To date, Ebay automatically blocks bidders with (-1) feedback, buyers with 2 or more unpaid item strikes and buyers with ebay policy violations from my auctions. I also block bidders that I have filed unpaid disputes with and do not respond. I also occasionally block bidders with feedback I deem to be indicative of a negative bidding pattern or have a history of leaving inappropriate feedback for sellers.
I have not put a restriction on (0) feedback buyers to date, but would like to mention a few things. If you have 0 feedback and would like to bid on my auctions or buy from my store, that is fine. However, when making a purchase or placing a bid, it is binding, per Ebay policy and auction terms are listed, included shipping and payment terms. Ebay immediately charges fees when a purchase is made, so do not purchase if you do not intend to pay. If you do not agree with posted terms or cannot abide by them, please do not bid on my auctions.

Alternative Contact Information - Email Response
Occasionally, Ebay has issues with Ebay Messaging - I had no member emails for almost a week at one point. I typically check my email first thing in the morning, last thing before I go to bed and frequently throughout the day. If you have tried to contact me and have not gotton a response within 24 hours, you can email me directly at judistreasures@verizon.net I have set up this separate email address for customer contact in the event Ebay Messaging isn't working. I am always available and I never ignore emails. Likewise Verizon sometimes has problems too - If you do not hear from me within 24 hours, email me again.
I ALWAYS RESPOND TO EMAILS, unless the question is addressed in my FAQ's when you 'ask seller a question'
