eBay tells buyers that a 4 for the star rating is good, however eBay punishes sellers if they don't maintain a 4.7 or better. If you have a problem with any purchase from me, please let me know before you leave feedback or a star rating. I strive to make my customers happy, but if you don't communicate with me, I have no way of knowing if you have experienced a 5-star transaction, and that's what I strive for. Thanks!
