Jump up Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, simply send them back to us unworn in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection and if the shoes are faulty we will refund the order in full plus postage charges paid by customer in sending the item back to us.
If Shoes delivered is not same as ordered, simply send them back to us. On receipt of item back from customer we will be happy to send correct item should the customer still require or refund the full amount. In both cases Jump Up shoes will refund postage charges paid by customer in sending the item back to us.
If the shoes don't match your outfit or you've just changed your mind now. You have 30 days from the day they were delivered. Please send them back to us and you will be refunded the full amount of the shoes less any postage / returns charges.
Should you require exchange of an item the sum of £4.50 must be included to cover re-posting charge. Cheque should be made payable to Jump Up Shoes Ltd . All Exchange orders depend on the stock availability.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection . If the items go missing and you do not have a delivery receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When do I get my refund?
You will receive an email when your return has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card originally used for payment. This can take five working days.
In case of faulty or incorrect product where customer returns the item, following postage will be refunded to the customer
