This would have been a neutral rating if it wasn't for the return part of the process and the sellers understanding\ communication.
The only issue I had was the shipping. It took about 4 days for UPS to get the item I bought and then they took a while to get things rolling too. Only heads up is that they may take a while to ship your order. Other than that everything else is really good.

The tv was as described. The tracking from the shipping company left something to be desired. I would advise anyone to pay close attention to return policy it is pretty strict. Other than that I have no complaints as of yet. Haven't set the tv up yet.
