Feedback is very important.  It tells me, I'm doing a good job for you and tells you that it's safe to deal with me.  But so many people are not bothering to leave feedback that I have had to change my policy of leaving it after I ship your item (s). I will leave feedback now after I receive your feedback. I always thought that was tacky, but now I understand why it's needed.

If there was a problem, please let me know before you leave feedback that can not be removed.  I will always try to help if I can.  Lynn 

I try very hard to accurately describe all of my items.  But it is also very important to me that you are happy with the item (s) you purchased. 

Any item that is not what you expected, because the description was wrong, will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition I shipped it to you.  That means that if it was in a factory sealed package and/or was in mint condition, it should be returned in the same condition.  So keep your bubble wrap - until you are satisfied.  ( I have only had one item returned!)

I CAN NOT offer optional insurance due to EBAY's new rules.  All U.S. buyers will have their packages shipped with delivery confirmation via the U.S. Postal Service.

I am currently updating all descriptions - one at a time! When completed, the option for insurance in the description will have been removed - it is already removed from the calculation process.  Thanks for your patience. Lynn
