Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt. Together we'll find a solution that best meets your needs. Used products cannot be returned, no exceptions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns - Any returns must be unopened and in their original condition. Used products are never returnable. Return shipping is at your expense, including Delivery Confirmation for tracking purposes. Any free gift samplers are yours to keep.
Refunds - Any refunds will be returned to you in the same method in which they were received unless otherwise agreed upon. For example, if PayPal was used for payment, then any refund due would be returned through PayPal.
Exchanges - In the event of an exchange agreement, then a comparable product of your choice from our store will be sent to you.
Damage/Loss - Please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We take great care in packing your items for shipment, so please understand that if you have a damaged or lost item there isn't anything that we can do about it unless postal insurance was purchased. We do pay for Delivery Confirmation and/or Tracking on each and every shipment.
