Shipping costs to and from will NOT be refunded, only the purchase price. | | Q:Do you combine shipping? | | | A:Yes, when possible! Not all items qualify for combined shipping. Just request a "total from seller" and we will do our best to give you a combined shipping price. If buying multiple items, WAIT to pay, we automatically update and combine each morning. | | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A:We ship usually within 24 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Items will ship USPS or UPS ground depending on the size. Giving us a PO Box will delay your order. Items over 3 pounds go UPS and take between 2 and 5 days to arrive. Items under 3 pounds will ship USPS and can take between 2 and 10 days. | | Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? | | | A:Shipping/Handling Charges are as stated in auction to the 48 U.S. states. Outside of the 48 states and international will be additional. Shipping charges cannot and will not be negotiated! We generally do NOT ship internationally with the exception of Canada.
