If you live outside the continental U.S. ask for shipping charges. Outside the continental U.S. payment must be made with "Pay Pal" only. Buyers outside U.S. who have to pay, Duty's, Tax's, Revenue or what other charges placed on the item or items are the responsibility of the Buyer.
