Q: DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?
A: YES! US customers pay full price for first and heaviest item and approximately $2-$3 each for additional items, NO LIMIT! If flat rate packaging is cheaper, we will offer the most reasonable rate possible. We do not try to profit from inflated shipping charges! For our Canadian and International customers, we charge by weight of package and it is best to email us for a combined shipping quote before bidding.
Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
A: YES! For domestic/APO/FPO customers, shipping is FREE with purchases of $99 or more no matter how much you buy! Get more clothes for your money instead of paying shipping costs! For our Canadian and International customers, we offer up to a 50% shipping discount. Shipping is by weight, so please e-mail us for a quote!
Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMBINED SHIPPING?
A: We will allow 7 days from the date of the first item purchased to continue shopping or bidding for the combined shipping discount. Please note all items MUST be combined and paid for on a single invoice by the 7th day after the first item is won unless prior arrangements have been made.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes! We ship internationally via US Postal Service Priority Mail International and shipping cost is displayed in most listings. Please e-mail for best shipping price for multiple item purchases. We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail International with delivery in 6-10 business days, or about 2 weeks. Please note this does not include any customs or duty fees imposed by your country to receive your delivery and you need to be aware of and consider this before bidding. Also note we can NOT mark international parcels as gifts.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
A: We ship 6 days per week excluding holidays & posted vacation. We process most orders within 24 hours of CLEARED payment except for Sundays and Holidays. US customers can usually expect their items within 4-6 days. We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest shippers on eBay. We do NOT ship before payment CLEARS - if you pay by E-Check, these payments normally take 3-5 business days to clear. All US items are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking number. When your order mails you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to track your order. Please note our shipping costs are for USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
