Welcome to Just Phish Pet Supplies! Here you'll be able to find supplies for all the pets in your care. There are products available for dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, birds, fish, reefs and corals.

About Us
Just Phish is a family owned and operated business in Connecticut. We started 10 years ago with just aquarium supplies and marine fish and have since expanded to include supplies for all types of pets you may own. We also set up and maintain aquarium systems of all sizes. If you're familiar with our local casinos Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun perhaps you'll remember the aquariums at Mohegan Sun. We actually used to scuba dive in those tanks to service them!

We currently offer our products on many different venues. As we get started on the Ebay platform we'll be slowly increasing our product line. If there's something you need but don't see, send us a message and if we can get that item for you at a reasonable price we'll be happy to do so.

Returns and Refunds Policies

Just Phish has a 30 day return policy.

You may return your product to Just Phish within 30 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is found to be defective. You will receive a refund in the amount of you purchase price and shipping costs to you only. Please do not simply send a product back to Just Phish. You MUST notify us first of your intent to return the product and we will provide you with instructions. If you do not notify us prior to sending the product back we will be unable to process a refund for you.

Please accept delivery of package regardless of the apparent condition of the outer packaging. Any visible damage to packaging should be noted to the delivery person when you accept your package. If you refuse delivery of the package you will receive a refund less the shipping to you, back to us, and a 15% restocking fee. This also applies to international customers that fail to pickup their product at the local station or refuse delivery and the product is sent back or destroyed. Refusal of a delivery will also exclude the customer from any further business transactions with Just Phish. Any problems you may have with your shipment can easily be worked out by simply taking the initiative to contact us for a resolution.

Should a product be damaged as a result of shipping company handling, you may choose to keep the product instead of sending it back and we will file an insurance claim. However to utilize this option you must make the package and contents available to the shipping company should they require an inspection before ruling on a claim.
