Q: How
can I get the best fit?
A: Many manufacturers have their
own unique size scales & the difference
between brands can be amazing! It is
best to shop by measurements & not the
size tag! Please see our Maternity Size
& Fit Guide for lots of helpful tips or
email us for assistance. Feel free to
ask questions as we would much prefer to
help you get a good fit than have you
disappointed!
Q: What
are my payment options?
A: We accept PayPal only & it's
quick, easy & safe way to pay online.
PayPal accepts all major credit cards,
e-checks, and bank account funds so you
get your items fast! All payments are
due within 7 days of auction ending -
Don't forget to ask for combined invoice
(before you pay) if you purchase more
than 1 item. DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT
or forgot your password? No problem! You
can pay using your credit card without
creating a PayPal account! Use the eBay
'Pay Now' button and you'll be directed
to a page where you can enter your
credit card information as a guest. When
finished, you'll have the option to save
your credit card info & setup an account
with PayPal if you want to - It's fast,
FREE & easy to set up!
Q: Do
you offer free shipping?
A: YES! For domestic, APO or FPO
customers, shipping is FREE with any
combined purchase of $99 or more no
matter how much you buy! Get more
clothes for your money instead of paying
shipping costs! For our Canadian &
International customers, we offer a
shipping discount, so please e-mail us
for a quote!
Q: Do
you combine shipping?
A: YES! Customers within the
United States pay full price for the
heaviest item and from $2.50 for each
additional item. Shipping is FREE for
$99 total purchase - NO LIMIT! Canada &
International - we use flat rate boxes
for savings when possible otherwise
shipping is quoted based on weight -
please email us for cost of combined
shipping for multiple items before
bidding.
Q: How
long can I wait for items to end to get
combined shipping?
A: We allow 7 days from the date
of the first item purchased to continue
shopping/bidding for the combined
shipping discount. Please note all items
MUST be combined & paid for on a single
invoice by the 7th day after the first
item is won unless prior arrangements
have been made. We can not combine
shipping for an item after payment has
been made.
Q: Do
you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship internationally
via US Postal Service Priority Mail
International with delivery in
approximately 10 business days or about
2 weeks after receipt of cleared
payment. 3 day Global Express Mail is
available upon request, please email us
for a quote. If you plan to purchase
multiple items, email us for a combined
shipping quote. Please note that we do
NOT mark international parcels as gifts.
Customer is responsible for paying any
duty fees or taxes charged by their
country to receive an international
delivery.
Q: When
can I expect to receive my package?
A: We ship FAST - 5 days per week
excluding weekends, holidays & posted
vacation. Orders are processed within 24
hours of CLEARED payment except for
Weekends & Holidays. (Please note
E-Check payments need 3-5 business days
to clear before we can ship). U.S.
customers can usually expect to receive
their package within 4-6 days after
payment has cleared. International
shipments take approximately 10 business
days or about 2 weeks. All US items are
shipped with delivery confirmation &
tracking number. You will receive a
confirmation email from us with a link
to track your order.
Q: Do
you accept returns?
A: We are happy to accept returns
(domestic only) for exchange or store
credit - please see our policy page for
detailed return instructions.
International sales are final.

can I expect to get Feedback?
A: Our feedback is set up on an
automatic system-This allows us to be
more efficient & helps us keep our
prices low so we can pass the savings to
you!
