We offer a
"no hassle" return policy. To request a
return or exchange, please review the
easy instructions below and email us at
info@justplusfashionoutlet.com with
your return request and authorization
number.
Returns
are costly and inconvenient for both
buyer and seller. It is important to
shop by measurements and not size tag
for this reason. Please check out our
size & fit guide for helpful tips or
email us for assistance in getting the
best fit.

AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRIOR TO SENDING
ANYTHING BACK - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Returns
for full refund are accepted ONLY if the
item is flawed in a way we failed to
notice or if due to an error on our
part. We appreciate your business and
will do our best to resolve any issues
quickly.
If you are
not pleased with your purchase for any
other reason, (for example you don't
like the color or the way it fits)
please take a moment to contact us with
a return request and we will be happy to
work out an exchange or store credit.
NOTE:
Shipping costs to return items are NOT
refundable (unless there was an error on
our part), nor is the cost to ship on
original transaction. You will find
this policy to be identical to most
popular online shopping sites.
Please
understand shipping is a service cost
over and above the cost of clothing. We
do not inflate shipping charges for
profit and our rates are set low to
cover actual shipping cost & packaging
materials.
Returns
for exchange in size or another item is
acceptable based on availability. For
reference, estimated shipping cost is
$5.99 for tops or any item one pound or
less in weight, $6.99 -$8.49 for
dresses, jeans or items weighing over a
pound depending on distance. These
shipping estimates apply to domestic,
APO, FPO customers only . If the
replacement item of your choice is out
of stock, a store credit will be
available towards purchase of another
item within 60 days.
Our
inventory is purchased from a variety of
sources - all items are brand new either
with or without tags. Please note some
items may have brand labels removed or
defaced as many distributors are
required to do this to prevent store
returns.
All
returns MUST be received back to us
within 10 days of your confirmed receipt
date and include returns authorization
number. Any returns sent back after 10
days may be subject to a deduction of
our listing fees if it is too late to
file for a fee reversal. If an unpaid
item dispute was opened & closed on the
transaction due to the buyer paying for
the item late, then a deduction of our
fees will be applied to the return.
Returned
garments must be in NEW, unworn
condition with all original tags and or
packaging intact, neatly folded and in
re-sellable condition just as you
received them. Items returned with
animal hair, soil, odours or that have
been laundered will not be accepted or
will incur a significant reduction to
your credit.
All
returns are processed as quickly as
possible and depending on current
business volume, it may take up to 3
days from the time a return is received
to complete inspection and processing.

You may
mail your returns to us using any method
you wish, but we would appreciate
notification of when shipped & what
carrier used so we will know when to
expect them. If you change your mind
after receiving a return authorization,
please let us know so we can update our
tracking.
