Item arrived before stared date. Packaged very well with great care. Communication on tracking the order from start to finished was excellent. Only thing is this. Item was listed as new when one can clearly see the HPI Original sticker underneath a new sticker over it. Which the item was opened before this seller got ahold of it. Whether this seller knew or not don't know. Either way it was an item I was after. Maybe priced a little cheaper

I'm disappointed with the condition of the Nendoroid I received. While Nagi was listed as "Brand New," the box arrived unsealed, the accessories weren't securely attached to the interior plastic, and there were marks on her head. Additionally, the figure itself was very sticky.
However, I appreciated the seller's excellent communication and fast delivery. They offered a partial refund or return label, which I found to be a fair resolution. I'll give them a postive for having integrity.
