We typically ship via UPS Ground. Canada residents, please e-mail your phone number when you pay as it is required by UPS for shipping. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. The item must be returned to JustinTymeSports, LLC within 30 days of the order date. The customer is responsible for return shipping on a returned item. All returned items must be new and in the original packaging. No refund will be issued until the item is received in new condition at JustinTymeSports, LLC.
  
This view shows the hoop mounted to a wall. We first located the stud behind the drywall and then drilled the mounting holes thru the drywall and into the stud.

If you have an un-finished basement, you can mount a 2x4 to one of the floor joists. The bottom of the mounted 2x4 should be 4" lower than the desired rim height. Then drill your mouting holes into the 2x4 and mount the hoop.

This view shows the hoop from the side in the flexed position. Our JustFlex rim allows the rim to flex without putting any stress on the backboard. This feature is not found on any other mini basketball hoop.

Most mini basketball hoops have the rim mounted directly to the backboard and then the backboard is mounted to a door or wall. The repeated flexing of the rim eventually breaks the backboard and the rim falls off.

Although you should not hang from the rim or the bracket we have tested the bracket to over 200 lbs and the rim with 50 lbs hanging from the end.
