PAYMENT: All payments must be received within 7 days of transaction close or an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed.
SHIPPING: We ship Worldwide using USPS First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. In the US, we use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select, and UPS Ground for larger items. Calculated shipping charges based on location are posted on the listings. We offer a multiple order discount of combined weight plus $1.00 for each additional item. International bidders need to request an invoice if multiple items are purchased. We usually ship orders within 24 hours on Monday - Friday. When possible, we recycle used shipping cartons when packaging our merchandise. This saves trees and lowers shipping costs!
S&H FEES: We charge a handling fee of $1 - $5 for most items depending on weight. The handling fee may be greater for large items when special shipping cartons are needed. This charge is automatically calculated with the shipping calculator and included in that cost.
REFUNDS & RETURNS: Most items can be returned, unless noted in the item description, for a cash refund if: returned postpaid within 14 days of delivery and returned in original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise stated, cash refunds will be limited to purchase price (no S&H charges) less a $5.00 handling charge. Non-returnable items include all electrical parts. We will always try and work out any issue and are not looking for anything but satisfied customers! NO PARTIAL REFUNDS! NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ON UNRETURNED ITEMS!
