We have lots of items up for auction as well as Buy it now in the store.  Any questions or comments just email them to us.  Our goal is to make you the customer happy.  Most items need a paypal payment, if you need other payment options contact us and we will let you know if we can take a different payment for that item.  For items that say only PayPal these items can only be paid that way with a confirmed address.   These items come from our suppliers and the only way to pay them is with your money from Paypal.  Some of our items come straight from our suppliers and will arrive at your door step shipped directly from the supplier.

   If you purchase an item and it gets put on back order we will let you know as soon as we find out.  You can choose to wait for the back order or we will refund your money back 100 % if you don't want to wait.  Most items are 80-90% in stock at any time.  Please keep in mind that suppliers items take atleast 24hours to process after we put your order in, some items take longer, we have more then one supplier. If we know the ship time we will add it to the listing.

 We have no control over how fast they send it out.  We are also not responsible for lost or damaged goods.  If this happens contact us and we will work with you and our supplier about your problem, and work to reach the best outcome for all invloved.  We strive for excellence in all our products and customer service.  We want everyone to be satisfied with their item, and we will try our best to please everyone. 

  If you have any questions on any items just ask us and we will respond back to you A.S.A.P.  Please keep in mind that our suppliers are generally not open on the weekends or at nights.  If your item ends on one of those please keep that in mind for the processing time.  We will order your item within 24 hours of receiving your payment and it clears. ( as we dont live online 24/7 ). 

  When we contact our suppliers it is with email it is not just a phone call, we can make and find out the answer right then and there.  We have to wait to hear back from them by email and as soon as we do we will let you know.  If it is close to the time that item is ending that you are asking about chances are we will not hear back from our suppliers in time.  When we do hear back from them we will email you and if the answer meets your needs we can relist the item if it has ended.  Just let us know. Thank you and we look forward to your business.   

  Price of items are subject to change due to our suppliers will go up in cost for items when they restock them from time to time.  For store items you may not want to watch the items for long, price may go up or items may become discontinued or out of stock.   Also due to Ebay increasing the fees they take from us when an item sells you may start to see prices go up to help cover the fees that ebay takes.  We understand that for some items the shipping rate from suppliers items is high, but instead of putting that price into the buying price or auction price we leave that as the shipping price to be able to still make the items affordable for our customers without counting the shipping price as part of the cost for the item.  As far as shipping prices those are direct from our suppliers  Our suppliers items ship from different states and not from us directly.  The items come from all over.  Please take that into consideration when waiting for your item to arrive.  The further you live from our suppliers the longer shipping is unless that supplier uses UPS and the closer you live the sooner you get the item. 

  We can not control how long it takes for our suppliers to process your order and then ship it out.  If only we could then you would get your items as fast as takes for us to ship our own items we sell on ebay to you.  We generally will pack your item and mail the next day after your payment has been received.  We will not send or order any item without payment first.  Alot of people take advantage of that and think they will get something for free, but not here they wont.  

  We will file non paying bidders with Ebay.  We will contact you first before doing so and if we dont hear back from you within a decent amount of time we will process a non paying bidder. When people dont pay this effects everyone on Ebay.  It is like stealing from a store.  After you steal from thier then they have to raise the prices to make money.  We dont like to file non paying bidders but if we have to we will.

  Please dont assume that just because we get the items from suppliers that our cost is dirt cheap....that is not the case at all, if it was then we would list the items for cheap prices too.
