SHIPPING

In most cases items will be shipped 1 business days after payment is received.

*All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes to be paid separately by you to the shipping carrier.  This tax varies by product and  price range.  Many times this tax consists of GST / PST only but may also include some import tax as well.  All International orders take at least 2-4 weeks for we delivery. Please do not ask us to mark your package as a gift we will not violate International laws.

KTOOL is not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

All Insurance or undelivered claims may be made to KTOOL and we will assist you in your claim.

After you are finished ordering all of the items that you would like to purchase, please visit our checkout to complete payment of your item(s).  Your checkout will remain open for payment for 7 days from the date that the auction is won.

RETURNS

We guarantee all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer's defects.  Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer must contact KTOOL for all warranty claims before returning any items.  Non-defective items may be returned in original condition within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Customer must first have a RMA before returning any merchandise. With out a RMA no credit or exchange will be issued. KTOOL retains the right to make a final decision on all returns.

Your shipping will be combined for you automatically by our checkout system at the time of checkout. 

To receive your combined shipping discount, it is very important that you do not pay for each item individually.  Instead, purchase each item that you would like from us and then visit checkout.  Your shipping will be automatically combined for you at that time.We will not combine shipping for any orders that have been paid for  seperately or any invoices altered with out our permission first.
