 | A: You must contact me via email to request a Return Authorization within 3 days of receipt of item. Item must be returned within 7 days with all packaging intact. Some items being sold at Auction are not returnable and sold "As Is." We guarantee all "NEW" items being sold - 100%. |

 | A: Yes, whenever possible we combine shipments and offer shipping discounts. All items must ship together to the same address. |

 | A: All store inventory, that is not an auction item, ships from our warehouse in CA. These items ship ground and can take up to 14 days to be delivered, depending on your location. We provide tracking numbers on all of these shipments. All are professionally packed. |

 | A: Shipping charges vary depending on the item purchased, where & how it is being shipped & from which location it is originating from. Charges vary from $6.50 to $14.95. Large bulky items or furniture can incur an additional freight charge. These charges apply to the Continental 48 states only! |
