AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To obtain KB's Gift Shoppe authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply contact us within 14 days of purchase. Non-defective must also be returned within 14 days of purchase.

CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

• Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by KB's Gift Shoppe. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
• Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

 If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

REFUNDS: will be processed within 7 business days of return. REPLACEMENTS:  will be placed within 48 hours of receipt of package and will take up to 10 business for delivery.

Shipping & Handling Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, to the contiguous US. In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories (additional shipping charge may apply, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 20 business days for delivery.

International Delivery: Our warehouse only ships within US at this time. All International orders will be shipped to our office and then shipped to your location ASAP. Must provide physical address - we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rush  Delivery: will arrive within 3 to 4 business days.  In remote areas of AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
