I had a question regarding the lightmeter, and they responded promptly- the next business day. Then I purchased the camera and they shipped it out the same day. The product arrived sooner than expected and was well-packaged. The physical condition of the camera is as pictured. I have yet to test the light meter functionality because I need to get a battery; however, everything appears to be in good shape. I 've bought from KEH Outlet before, and always had good service.

This transaction was overall positive because of the customer service. The item I purchased was listed as bargain price due to it's condition. I knew the lens would not be perfect, but it was more damaged than described. There were also no pictures of the damage. I sent a message to KEH, someone answered promptly and instructed me to start the return process. All's well that ends well. I only wish they had posted a more thorough detailed description. Thanks for a good overall experience though.
