At this time, we accept PayPal payments only. Please keep in mind that we will not process your order until cleared payment has been received. Payment is due within 3 business days of auction's end/purchase agreement. Digital proofs will be sent within 48-72 hours of cleared payment AND personalization information receipt.

If purchasing multiple items, please do not pay until we have sent you an invoice with combined shipping; this will give you the lowest shipping price.

We will process and ship your order within 3-4 business days of proof approval. Proofs MUST be approved prior to shipment. All packages are shipped either Priority Mail or First Class Mail via the USPS.

Shipping insurance is highly recommended. It is optional and available per buyer's request only (additional charges apply). Please remember that we cannot refund for lost or damaged items; we have no control over the items once they have been shipped.
