I accept Paypal and packages are shipped as soon as payments clear. I am happy to combine shipping and add $1 per additional item. I realize actual shipping costs vary slightly per item, but I charge a flat shipping fee that takes into account USPS fees, tracking, envelopes, bubble wrap, shipping labels, ink, packing slip paper, shipping service fees and my time. I often receive requests to lower shipping charges, but, unfortunately, shipping charges are not negotiable.
