( Right after Christmas, through USPS) The box provided complimented the item nicely and came just as described by the seller (KOPKO....You guy's are awesome btw!¡) Didn't have to contact anybody about receiving it as to all the information was provided and tracked within my Ebay app. But I'm sure KOPKO would have responded shortly if I had to of. Package was a bubble wrap mailer envelope, and there was one piece of paper in the locomotive box since the foam was missing Locomotive had some more paint scratches than the original post on one side.
