 | A: We have excellent experience with shipping internationally. However, on occasion we do experience longer than normal delivery time due to customs. Buyers must understand that packages do get inspected and sometimes either rejected or confiscated. For USA customers, we ship using USPS First Class Mail. This takes between 2 to 5 business days.
For International customers, we ship using USPS First Class Mail International. This takes a minimum of 7 to 10 business days. The delivery time may be delayed due to customs. |

 | A: Yes, we combine shipping. The combined shipping applies to all items purchased. This includes more than 1 of the same auction or multiple auctions. |

 | A: Our return policy is 100% money back for the product only, less the shipping cost, for any unopened and factory sealed products. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping the item back to us. Refund will be given upon our receipt of product. Tracking number must be provided for the returned package. |
