Amp was described in working condition however arrive with one channel completely unusable. While the seller did pack the item well, his communication was some of the worst I’ve seen, bordering on nonexistent. Anything we asked him he would take days upon days to respond if he responded at all. Only response I got was when I threatened to get eBay involved. After that message he responded that same day. Again, item was well packed but communication was awful, would not buy from again due to this

Reply times were within normal M-F business hours and expected eBay turn around time for replies. We offered this buyer the option to return the item for a full refund. He countered with a 50% refund plus he keeps the unit. We do not give partial refunds; this is a common scheme we've seen often in our 20 yrs on eBay. A buyer threatening a return if a partial refund is not issued, then deciding to keep the item without any refund when a return for full refund is the only option.
