Are your products new?
Yes. We only sell brand new, retail products. On the rare occasion that we sell
a used and/or opened item, the listing will be clearly noted to indicate the condition of the item.
Do you combine shipping?
We are happy to combine shipping
to save you money whenever it is possible. To qualify for combined shipping,
one payment must be made for all purchases within 7 days. We will
a send a combined invoice with adjusted shipping charges for your convenience.
Because some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, combined
shipping is not always possible. If you are interested in multiple items,
please feel free to send an email
requesting a combined shipping quote prior to purchase. Be sure to include
your zipcode along with the items you're interested in purchasing.
How long will it take to receive
my purchase?
Most orders are shipped within
1-3 business days of cleared payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for
delivery of your order. Please allow additional time during peak seasons
such as Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.
Do you accept returns?
Because our prices our heavily discounted from normal retail pricing, we offer refunds for the return of unopened and unused merchandise only, with the exception of defective and/or damaged items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping was free, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or damaged items:
- For defective items that include a manufacturer's warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for assistance in repairing or replacing your item.
- In the event that a defective item is returned directly to us, it is eligible for exchange only.
- For items that don't carry a warranty, the item may be returned within 7 days receipt for exchange only.
- If an item has been damaged in shipping, please let us know right away so that the appropriate insurance claim may be made with the carrier. We will refund and/or replace items damaged in shipping.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is due within 7 days
from the end of the auction/purchase. We cannot guarantee product availability beyond this 7
day period.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
8% NYS sales tax will be charged to all items delivered to New York
