Monday 9/8 my daughter just moved back to college (5 hours away) and she is needing medical treatment. I'm heading up there this morning and plan on returning tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for your patience...I'll reply as soon as I'm able
**update tuesday 9/9...still here but hoping if this morning appointments go well i should be heading home this afternoon. thanks for your patience as family always has to come first**
the orders that were prepared to ship yesterday did not get into the mail, with my daughters situation i forgot to drop the packages at the mail. i sincerely apologize about this...that is not the norm for me
**update wed 9/10...my daughter was admitted into the hospital from the ER last night. More tests & biopsy are scheduled for the morning. I will update when I have a diagnosis & treatment plan. By then I'll have an idea of when I can head home. I'm unable to reply to individual messages or emails at this time. I understand what an inconvenience this is and if you decide to cancel your order we can get that worked out once I'm back at home.
**update 9/11....still in the hospital but hopeful that she will be released tomorrow!
**update 9/12....great news! My daughter was discharged from the hospital tonight :))) 11 bags of iv antibiotics, tons of bloodwork, xrays, ct scans, GI scope & biopsies and she is finally out of pain and able to eat. Words can't express how grateful we are. She's staying the night with my husband & myself and in the morning she'll head to her dorm and we'll start the 5 hr drive home. I'll do my best to get caught up with orders as quickly as possible. I appreciate your kindness and patience during this trying time. I have the BEST customers. Jon Renee
