Payment & Feedback

• We accept Paypal only at present. please send your  payment to our Paypal account: luckyhao2@gmail.com   (this is the email for Paypal payment only, any enquiry please contact us section below .)

•  If you don't have Paypal account please sign up or learn more about Paypal at: http://www.paypal.com/. please note that: we only accept payment from the buyer whose identity has been verified by Paypal .

•  All payment are expected within 7 days after the auction is closed , all non-pay bidders will be reported to ebay and negative feedback will be given .

•  We will send the item to the buyer address provided by Paypal if buyers want the item to be sent to another address , please specify on Paypal when making payment . please make sure the postal address is correct , we will not liable for postal loss caused by incorrect address provided

Fees

• The shipping and handling charges included shipping ,packaging ,warehouse, fuel and order processing charges .

• The insurance is optional for buyers , we will not responsible for any loss or damage during the transportation of goods for orders without insurance .

• The item will be shipped to you from our Guangzhou(China) warehouse. It may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. We will do all that we can to help you legally minimize your import tax/fee exposure. In case some import tax/fee is due upon delivery, it is your responsibility to meet that expense.

Shipping

• Normally we ship to USA ,Canada ,Japan ,Australia , New Zealand and Western Europe through UPS/DHL International Express .

• International buyers from other countries are welcome to contact us first before bidding .

• UPS/DHL are always utilized by us and changeable upon some bidders request .

• After winning the bid ,please provide us your full contact details included your name , address(no PO.Box) , telephone number and so on .

• please make sure you put the correct postal address , we are not liable for losses by incorrect & invalid postal address has been given .

Delivery

• All items will be shipped from Guangzhou city of china within 48 hours . upon receiving payment .

• Shipping lead time will be 3-5 days business days (by UPS/DHL).except for custom delay or other uncontrollable causes .

• The tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours after clearing your payment

Refunds & Returns

• We guarantee all our items are in good and fit condition before shipment .

• For any short-shipment , failure on arrival or deviation items . please report to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt .

• For defective items .please report to our customer service for replacement within 7 days of receipt . return items must not be used or have any signs of abuse or intentional damage . buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges(come and back) .

• If replacement is not available , refund will be made in form of original payment method . shipping , handling and insurance charges are not refundable in any circumstances . if you don't agree with our terms , please don't bid .
