Shipping policy is as follows: No returns on items unless otherwise stated. Please read descriptions carefully as I am very detailed in listing my items. Shipping insurance is NO LONGER optional because of some new changes on ebay. Insurance is now included in the cost of shipping & handling (which makes it a bit more) Sorry for the inconvenience, please don't shoot the messenger! =) Shipping includes packaging, materials, delivery confirmation & tracking number,etc...I combine shipping for all items in my store.
