Refurbished? The machine I received looks like it's never been used. I also noticed before shipping that it was set up for a signature delivery which would not have worked for me. I contacted the seller and they intercepted and relabeled the shipment so it did not require signature upon delivery. I'm very pleased. Thank you for the speedy shipping and wonderful machine and service.

the company sent me the wrong foot control petal but I contacted the company, Ken's Sewing and Vacuum Center and they replied back to my email within 24 hrs and I got the right one within a week and sent me a postage paid label to send the wrong one back so this company has great customer service and would recommend this company to anyone. If in the future I need to buy something else for me sewing machine I will order from this company. Thank you, Deborah

Did not care for sellers choice of shipping company, but seller contacted me right away offering many choices to make my situation better. I have amended my feedback due to that. Thank you to the seller for following through with customer service. Ironically, the day that I was so frustrated ended up being the day that I (on my own) located the item from the shipping company. I have not used the product yet, but it was packaged well and appears to be a nice machine.

Great service!!! Item just as described. Seller called to verify questions, shipping time was awesome. Ken s is a great company with the largest Janome selection in the US. I ordered an acrylic extension table for my 6600 and is exactly what I needed. I just wish I lived closer so I could carry in my machine for a tuneup - I bet that service would be awesome as well. You can t go wrong with Ken s!
