Do you combine orders?
Yes, we most definitely do! In fact, we offer great discounts on shipping charge such as our “50% Off Shipping” promotion (for Continental U.S. buyers only) if you purchase multiple items from us
How much is my combined shipping charge?
It depends. Since different items we carry have different shipping weights and dimensions, we have to know in advance the items you are combining in order to quote you an accurate shipping charge. Therefore, please let us know the items you are interested in, and we’ll get back to you with your combined shipping charge right away.
What about International shipping discount?
Although we cannot offer any International buyers with our “50% Off Shipping” discount, we still give great shipping rates on any multiple-item purchases. You generally save about 30-40% on shipping fees if you combine multiple items into 1 order/shipment. Please contact us for more info.
How long does it take to ship my item?
o For domestic (U.S.) buyers, it generally takes about 2-3 days if shipped via USPS Priority Mail or 2-5 business days if shipped via UPS Ground.
o For Canadian buyers, it generally takes about 3-7 days if shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or 5-10 days if shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.
o For any other international buyers, it generally takes about 6-10 days if shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or about 2-3 weeks if shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.
o Please notice that these delivery time estimates might be longer during busy holiday seasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks.
What is your return policy?
o To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we are implementing an easy Return Policy. If you are in any way not happy with your item, you can return it to us for a replacement, store credit or refund.
o If the source of the return is from our mistake or error, we will refund your money in full including any related shipping charges. If it not our mistake, we will only charge a 10% restocking-fee.
o You must, however, contact us first prior to returning your item to acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without RMA numbers.
