Shipping

• Most items will be shipped by UPS within 1 - 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please check the payments and shipping tab for the details on this item.
  
  
• We are happy to combine shipping when possible for purchases made on the same day. Just send us an email when you are finished shopping and please wait for the combined invoice before paying. 
  
  
• If you purchase needs to be shipped by next day air, please choose that option when checking out and also phone us at 877-999-9898 to let us know.  For next day air orders, if your order is received M-F before noon Eastern Standard Time, it will ship that day.  Orders received after noon EST, on a weekend or national holiday will ship the following business day.
  

 

Payment

• Shipments made within the state of Pennsylvania will be charged the applicable state sales tax.
  
  
• We accept PayPal and major credit cards through PayPal.
  
  
• Please note, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. PayPal now has a guest log in that will allow you to pay by credit card.

 

Our Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

• We strive to provide you with 100% Satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item that you ordered from us within 30 days, there is no need to call first, just fill out the return form that is included with the shipment and place the item in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
  
  
• Please do not write on the packaging, and enclose it in another box for shipping (like it was shipped to you) along with the packaging material and return form.
  
  
• Place the return label from the invoice on the box and ship the item back to us by UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post prepaid and insured.
  
  
• Items returned without the manufacturer's packaging are subject to a restocking fee.
  
  
• Refunds are issued back to your PayPal account.
  
  
• If the item is returned due to an error made by us, we will gladly refund the ground shipping cost.
  
  
• Fees and shipping charges billed by packaging services will not be reimbursed.
  
  
• CODs will not be accepted.
  
  
• Due to federal laws regarding liability, we cannot allow treestands, under-garments, books, videos, software, bows, crossbows, or opened foods (unless defective) to be returned.
  
  
• Also muzzleloaders cannot be returned to Keystone Country Store, due to liability. They must be returned to the manufacturer directly.   Damages:

• In the unlikely event you receive a damaged package and the merchandise inside is damaged in anyway, please keep all the packaging material and contact your local UPS service center for assistance in filing a claim.
  
  
• If your local UPS is unable to assist you, then please call us toll free at 1-877-999-9898.
  
  
• Please DO NOT return the package to us until you have contacted UPS and received instructions on how to proceed. You may lose your right to file a claim. For further information on filing a claim, you can visit UPS online at www.ups.com.
