Our Return Policy

Merchandise purchased from Busy Boutique may be returned or exchanged (in new condition) for full credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Please let us know if you need an exchange so we can promptly send it out.

Products need to be in their original, unused and unwashed condition.

Due to hygienic reasons briefs, hot pants, thongs, bikinis, breast pads, Bust Buddies and Booby Tubes are not returnable.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt (or copy of the original), all merchandise tags must be attached and all product packaging in new condition.

Send your package, including the sales receipt, via your carrier of choice. We recommend an insured, traceable method for a safe and documented delivery. Please package merchandise to protect it from damages. Merchandise that is not in new condition will be returned to you. Busy Boutique does not reimburse shipping/handling charges.
