Brand new, un-opened, and unused items still in its original packaging and with the original labels, may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer and shipping costs paid at time of ordering will not be refunded. For most items we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price paid for the items. For items that have promotional or free shipping rates, the refund issued will be calculated by deducting the actual price we paid for shipping to you, from the total price you paid for your item (purchase price + shipping you paid - actual shipping costs = your refund). For example, if you paid $10.95 for an item, plus $3.00 shipping = $13.95 total paid, but the actual shipping costs were $6.47, then your refund will be $7.48 ($13.95 - $6.47 = $7.48).
Please note that if your item had free shipping, we will only refund the cost of the item less the shipping charges we incurred to ship the item to you.
We normally do not accept returns of open merchandise or merchandise missing tags, even if they are unused as we only sell perfectly brand new items with all the original packaging and ticketing intact. If you would still like to return an open that has been open or is missing the tag, we will offer a 50% refund provided that the item is in unused condition.
Please e-mail or call customer service for a return authorization (RA) # and it should be written clearly on a note enclosed in the box: email@example.com or 877-9KIDDIE (877-954-3343). E-mail is the preferrable way to obtain an RA#.
If your item was damaged in shipping, please save the box and notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. If you received the wrong item in error, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it with the correct item.
