I try hard to sell a wide assortment of just everything I can possibly obtain and to sell all items at reasonable prices with fair postal charges.

I run this business and try hard to try to post all items quickly and efficiently. A very good discount is given on postage costs on more than one item but this depends on the item in question as it is easy to discount postage on small items like rings but not so easy on heavy items. Unfortunately there are no local pick ups available with the exception of extremely large items of furniture/cars/motorbikes etc.

If you are in any doubt about an item I am selling please do not hesitate to e mail me as I will answer your queries as honestly and quickly as possible. I realise I dont always have enough description in my listings but I am trying to improve this situation. Please read all listings very carefully as due to the fact that I wish to sell a multitude of different items I am not an expert on any one item and want the customer to be happy with all purchases.

Anyone wishing to purchase a few items should not pay until they have finished shopping then send an e mail requesting a combined invoice with postage discount - it is almost impossible to combine postage when one item was perhaps paid earlier in the day or the day before. We post three times a week Monday Wednesday Friday mornings as soon as the Post Office Opens.

If you receive an item which you feel is wrongly described, damaged or just not what you expected from the listing please contact immediately and rest assured I will give you good service. If you do not receive an immediate response to an e mail please ring me on 01224581586 and I will phone you back if necessary. Customers please allow for mistakes etc. and make bad feedback the answer when you feel nothing has been done. My main concern is I am a very honest person and if you read a few of my listings you will realise I call a spade a spade. It is not often I say an item is in new condition but I am quick to point out if it has marks is a bad colour has bobbling etc. Yet I still get customers who buy an item for 99p and have not read the details in the listing and are extremely angry and nasty when the item is not what they expected. I do point out flaws so please read descriptions carefully. Obviously I still make mistakes and that is something I immediately act on as it upsets me to let customers down.
